UH West O‘ahu - 2 Year Retention Rates of Transfer Students
Two-year retention rates represent the proportion of students in a given cohort who started at West O‘ahu and were enrolled in the fall term two years later. The 2-year retention rate is adjusted for those students who graduated from West O‘ahu within two academic years after entry to the university. Please note that the retention figures account for only those students who are seeking bachelor degrees.Please note that the two-year retention rates will no longer be updated after Fall 2007.

The average 2-year retention rate for the Fall 1998 to Fall 2007 cohorts of degree-seeking, transfer students is 57%.

2-Year Retention Rates of Transfer Students by Race
Based on the Fall 1998 to Fall 2007 cohorts of transfer students, the average 2-year retention rates are reported by race as follows: African American, 62%; American Indian/Alaskan Native, 56%; Asian/Pacific Islander, 56%; Hispanic, 39%; White, 61%; and Mixed Race, 56%. Please note that the retention rates are influenced by the total number of students in each racial group.
